2018 Accessibility Planning Workshops

Through presentation and discussion, participants will learn how to develop policies and actions to ensure their organization complies with the Customer Service Standard.  This two-hour workshop is geared to individuals who are responsible for implementing the standard in their government, business or non-profit organization.  (It is not intended as staff training on disability awareness).
